Delivery Time

Delivery to remote areas may require additional time.

Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery

Where available, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be confirmed by phone, WhatsApp, or other communication methods before dispatch.

Delivery Delays

AJ STORE is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect or incomplete customer addresses, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, unforeseen events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipping.
