Return & Refund Policy

At AJ STORE, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible product, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The watch must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The original packaging, box, tags, accessories, warranty card, and other included items should be returned where applicable.

  • The product must not show signs of misuse, damage, modification, or wear caused by the customer.

  • Proof of purchase or order details may be required.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may request clear photos or videos of the product and packaging to verify the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, AJ STORE may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on product availability and circumstances.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted for products that:

  • Have been used or worn.

  • Are damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

  • Are missing original packaging or accessories.

  • Have been modified, repaired, or altered by the customer.

  • Are returned after the 7-day return period.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Any applicable delivery or return charges may be deducted from the refund where appropriate.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Customer name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos/videos of the product, if applicable
